Anger is a reality for everyone, and in grief, it’s normal and often unavoidable. But as we navigate loss, we have to be careful to manage anger. If we don’t learn to manage this intense emotion, it will inevitably get out of control. Thankfully, the Bible has much to say about anger, reminding us that it is dangerous and opens doors to further destruction.

In this episode, Lori discusses

  • The reality of anger and how to manage it
  • Talking about anger with our children
  • Scripture on anger
