Even if you are a widow for just a season or discover widowhood to be a calling, it is our prayer that you find these magazines to be a helpful companion and guide for your grief. May the promises in His Word bring healing and may you gain helpful insights on how to live this new widow life.
“The articles in the WidowLife Magazines are the gold…they immediately helped me to take a deep breath and know that what I’m feeling is normal.”

The loss of a physical husband is painful and takes time to grieve but God is with you and promises to step in as your covering, to be your defender and the Father to your fatherless children (Psalm 68:5). It is our prayer that this magazine will help you sense His presence during this absence.
God has great compassion for the widow and God Himself becomes her covering and refuge during the emotional storm of loss, promising rest
for those who dwell in His presence.
God is an ever-present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1). His promise to “restore our souls” brings comfort during some of the darkest days in the valley.
“A Defender of the widow and Father of the fatherless is God in His holy habitation” (Psalm 68:5). This is a promise to cling to as the anchor during the storm. You have not been left alone.
It takes approximately two years to make it through the valley of the shadow of death. During these seasons of transition from wife to widow, God is at work promising restoration and to “Give Her Rest.”
Holidays show up almost every month on the calendar. For most of us, these special times used to be celebrated and anticipated with great delight. Now that your husband is gone, holidays can attempt to steal the joy that will eventually return. This magazine looks at the holidays throughout the year, through a lens of hope, reminding us that “He has made everything beautiful in its time” (Ecclesiastes 3:11).
