A Prayer of Surrender

Father, 

Thank You for Your profound love and for the grace You give us through Your Holy Spirit, empowering and equipping us to fulfill Your purpose for Your glory.

At this moment, I pray for women who have just entered a season of widowhood. The pain and discomfort they experience often drive them to seek solace in various distractions. My prayer for them during this season is that they will place their trust in You, knowing You will be faithful to bring them comfort and intimacy with You, even in the midst of their darkest moments.

Give them clarity and wisdom. May they follow Your voice and be willing to surrender to whatever You call them to. Help them to learn contentment and find unexpected joy. 

Thank you, Lord, that You are perfect in all of Your ways.
