In the early years of grieving loss, we wonder if the holidays will ever be good again. Moms, let me encourage you, it won’t always be this way. You will make it through the valley and the holidays will be filled with joy again. In the meantime, God is with you!

You won’t want to miss Lisa Appelo, Tara Dickson, and Clarissa Moll talking about:

  • How to make it through the first set of holidays
  • Navigating traditions
  • Anticipating Christmas and managing expectations
  • How God embraced them
  • Meaningful ways others can help

Lisa Appelo is a mom of seven, and grandmother of eight, and had six in the home when her husband died suddenly. She’s an author and testifies in her book Life Can be Good Again.

Clarissa Moll, became a widow mom after her husband died in a tragic hiking accident while on a family vacation. She is the author of Beyond the Darkness.

Tara Dickson, mother of four. Her husband died after a 14-month battle with an aggressive form of brain cancer and three months later felt the Lord lead her to move her family across the country to another state. Her podcast, Seek and Savor, is one of my favorites!

You can hear more of their stories in the individual episodes
