Prayer for the Widow with Physical Needs

Dear Lord,

Thank you that scripture displays your compassion and healing for those who were sick or disabled. Thank you for your comfort and care of the widow who is struggling with a physical handicap, including sickness, fatigue, or a difficult diagnosis.

Women who have been left alone experience the weight of their new reality as if they have been disabled. With newfound responsibilities and tasks to navigate independently, they face challenges that can be crippling. Please bring people to walk alongside, offering encouragement and holding her up in prayer.

When she becomes overwhelmed, shield her from the fear that accompanies these challenges. Empower her with both wisdom and the tangible support she requires, reassuring her that she is not navigating this journey alone.
