Happy New Year!
Through trusted community partners, we offer a helping hand to the widow before home, auto and lawn maintenance problems start to pile up. In 2019 we met practical auto needs by providing oil changes and car washes. Homes were maintained through plumbing repairs, rodent extermination, gutter, house, and window cleaning. A highlight this year was working with local service providers to replace a heating and air unit for a widow in the middle of the winter!
Above all, Perspective Ministries is there year-round to remind the widow that she is not alone. We met emotional needs by celebrating special days, delivering flower bouquets to widows on their Remembrance Days, showing compassion to new widows with care packages and blankets, and offering hope when the holidays are tender.
Another thing we hold near and dear is telling kids that have lost their dad that God promises to be the Father to the fatherless. We sent teens to camp, celebrated the graduation of a high school seniors with biblical resources, and we even sent a family on vacation!
In their darkest hour, Perspective Ministries seeks to point women to the Light of Jesus Christ through monthly WidowLife Support Groups.

$100k Ministry Growth: Invest in our reach and impact providing a sustainable plan through marketing, publishing, and staffing initiatives.
$50k Marketing the Help Tool: Branding, marketing, and launch of a resource dedicated exclusively to the support of providing wrap-around services to widows and their fatherless children. This tool will recommend needs to be met, provide encouragement, and surround each woman and child with a community of care.
$25k Widow and Fatherless Help Fund: Be a part of meeting pressing needs that come directly to Perspective Ministries.
$20k Seasonal Projects: Help provide emotional support during the holidays letting the new widow know that she is not alone, and God will be her covering.
$15k Graphic Design: Enable our ongoing communication including newsletters, updates, and our giving catalog.
$10k Resources: Invest in the writing and publishing of books and Bible studies for the widow.
